Search Ads provides a new way to increase awareness of developers apps in App Store search results. This WWDC video shows how it works:

It will be easy to setup new campaigns in 3 steps:

  1. Select an app
  2. Set a budget
  3. Add payment information

Promoted app will appear in App Store search results when users search for a keyword or keyword combination.

Eco system helps to find the best keywords for an app to set promotion for them and to track which keywords works better (generate more taps).

Developers can choose weather to promote their App to new users, to existing users or to other app users. Developers also able to choose audiences, gender, age and device.
